To report your child absent please call 0208 852 7245 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before 8.30am. Please call the school on each day of your child’s absence.
If a pupil has an appointment please either call or email the school office prior to the appointment taking place.
If a child is going to be absent from school, the parent/carer is responsible for letting the school office staff know the reason for the absence and the anticipated length or duration of the absence. Where no message is received about a child’s absence, the absence will be recorded as unauthorised.
If a child is absent without explanation when the register is called, the school staff will contact the parents/carers the same day, to establish the reason.
Reasons for absence must be provided by the child’s parent/carer. This may be in person, by phone, e-mail or in writing. We cannot accept messages from primary-aged children.
